I know websites inside and out.
Sites I designed, built, and shipped solo, pages I shipped inside a 3.5M-member health plan, and the relaunch of dap.com, where I carried the search workstream from architecture to launch. Not just what you see, but the layers you don't: the domain, the DNS, the code, the integrations, and the search signals underneath.
Selected Work.
Savanna Altenor, LCSW-C
2023 · Baltimore, MD
Practice site for a licensed therapist, pairing a clinical showcase with a vetted crisis-resource directory: 988, SAMHSA, domestic violence, and legal aid. Proves I can handle sensitive healthcare content and make it easy to act on.

The seventh solo build is the one you're standing in. Hand-coded, tokenized design system, light and dark themes, a JSON-LD entity graph on every page, and accessibility tested by hand. Read how it's built on the colophon.
Enterprise.
Work shipped inside large organizations, on enterprise platforms, through legal, brand, and compliance review. A ground-up relaunch at DAP Global, and member-facing pages built at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield (via TalTeam), a regulated health plan serving 3.5M+ members. Same craft as the work above, at enterprise scale.
DAP Global
dap.com · Launched August 2026
Ground-up relaunch of dap.com on Sitecore XM Cloud with a headless Next.js frontend. Led the SEO workstream end to end: URL architecture, redirect mapping, canonical logic, structured data, and all core page content and metadata. Launched August 2026.
Your Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy
CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
A multipage journey guide supporting members from conception through postpartum, built with UX, Copy, and Brand. Proves I can carry a long-form content system across a regulated review cycle without losing the thread.
Behavioral Health & Addiction
CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
The entry point for members seeking mental health and substance use care. Led development and delivery end to end: accessible, search-optimized, and written to get a person to the right next step fast.
Substance Use
CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
Care-navigation content for members and their families, structured around what someone in crisis actually needs first: who to call, what happens next, how long it takes.
Intensive Outpatient Programs
CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
Cost-share waiver program page with a structured directory of participating treatment centers. Proves I can turn a benefits document into a scannable, accessible interface.
Using Your HSA or FSA
CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
Eligible-expense guidance and annual contribution limits, organized into scannable categories and accessible data tables. Dense compliance detail, made usable.
Supporting You Through Changes
CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
Transition resources for federal members leaving government service. Full development and implementation: supplied copy adapted into a responsive, accessible layout that slots into the wider portal.
The Inside Part.
Integrations
Third-party APIs (WMATA, REST Countries), payments (Zeffy), booking (Acuity), and form services (Formspree, EmailJS). Websites that do things, not just say things.
Infrastructure
Domain registration, DNS, SSL, and email security records: SPF, DKIM, DMARC. The layer most developers outsource, handled in-house.
Accessibility
WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508, validated with WAVE and NVDA and tested by hand, not assumed. This site holds itself to the same standard: the conformance statement.
In the Open
Source code public on GitHub. Every project here can be read, not just admired — this site included, colophon and all.
